The
tuition rates and payment schedule for the 2008-2009 school year are as
follows: Due May 1-
$200.00-This is a nonrefundable payment given as credit on tuition. After
we receive this payment, your child will placed on the mailing list to receive necessary
forms and information related to school
opening in September. This information will be mailed at the end of May.
Please note that the May 1 payment is for each program for which your child is registered. For example,
if he or she is registered in the 2-day preschool and 2 day discovery, the
May 1 payment would
be $400.00, (200.00 for preschool and 200.00 for discovery. This 400.00 will be
credited toward total yearly tuition).
Due August 15: Tuition payment according to your choice of payment plans
below.
·Single payment: Due August 15th
·Two semi-annual payments: Due August 15th and January 15th
·Ten monthly payments: Due the 15th of each month, August to May
(Monthly payment plan - second payment will be due September 15)
There will be a minimum late fee of $7.00 per month charged for
payments received after the 15th of each month.

The semi-annual and monthly payments include an installment
fee. Please note
that children can be enrolled in more than one program. For example, a child can attend a
Discovery program for two sessions a week and also be enrolled in the preschool class.
Rates for the optional days and discovery are calculated as follows:
Rates for the two-day program in Playgroup are double the single-day tuition rates.
Rates for the optional third-day Preschool Class are based on one half of the two-day
tuition rate.
Rates for the optional fourth-day Pre-Kindergarten Class are based on one third of the
three-day rate.
Rates for Discovery sessions are based on one half of the two-day tuition rate.
If a child withdraws from the school during the
year, the refund policy is as follows: Tuition refunds will not be given to
monthly tuition families. Families paying on an annual or semi-annual plans will be given a
prorated refund.
Early Drop-Off is available Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 9:00
AM.
Program cost is $8.00 from 8:30 to 9:00 or $4.00 from 8:45 to 9:00. Reservations are not
necessary.
Late Pick-Up is available Tuesday through Friday from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM.
Program cost is $8.00 from 3:00 to 3:30 and $4.00 from 3:00 to 3:15. Children picked
up after 3:30 and before 3:45 will be charged $15.00. Children picked up between 3:45 or
4:00 will be charged $25.00. Reservations are not necessary.
Lunch Bunch operates on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and
Friday from 11:30 AM to 12:15 PM at the rate of $6.00 per hour. You will be billed the first of each
month for the time that your child used the previous month. Children who are registered in
the Discovery, Preschool, or Pre-Kindergarten programs are eligible to participate in
Lunch
Bunch.
